Wrap Up & Reset Workshop

Start your year refreshed and energized by intentionally wrapping up and resetting for the year ahead. We know December can be a rush to close out activities and happenings - so much so that your team may not have a chance to reflect and reset for the coming year.

Our workshops are designed with community building and belonging at the forefront. We believe that in order to be in community, we must first learn how to be in community. In our work, we’ve seen that one of the most challenging parts of being in community is accepting and moving through conflicts together.

Our Joy-Based Approach Towards Transformational Change™ provides a nurturing and community-centered environment that supports teams to reflect on any challenges or conflicts that came up from the previous year and address them with facilitated conversations and tools. Your team will reset with clarity and begin 2025 with a renewed sense of trust and excitement!

  • This can be done both in-person and virtually.

  • We offer a non-profit rate at $3,000 and for-profit rate at $5,000. This includes our time meeting with you and your team to understand your needs, facilitating the workshop, and following up with post-workshop consultation.
